Country music fans in Chesterfield won't have to travel far for a big-name summer show — 10-time Grammy-nominated artist Jamey Johnson is headed to the Chesterfield Amphitheater on Thursday, June 11, as part of his 31-date Traveling Truebadour Tour.

Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster, with lawn seats starting at $46 and options ranging up to $180 for VIP Deck access. Reserved pit seats run $126, fixed reserved seats are $100, and terrace seating is $80, according to the venue's event listing. Ticketmaster service fees may apply on top of listed prices.

The box office opens at 5 p.m., doors at 6 p.m., with an opening act (still to be announced) at 7 p.m. and Johnson taking the stage at 8 p.m. The show is presented by Mammoth LIVE and promoted locally by 93.7 The Bull.

Johnson, a Grand Ole Opry member whom The Washington Post has called "one of the greatest country singers of our time," is touring behind his late-2024 album Midnight Gasoline. The run also marks the 20th anniversary of his major-label debut, The Dollar. Fans can expect hits like "In Color" and "High Cost of Living" alongside newer material — and according to the venue's event page, Johnson never plays the same setlist twice.

Food trucks will be on-site, including Theo's Gyros, Cluck Oink Moo Sliders, Bliss Food Truck, and Mad Monkey STL. Attendees on the lawn are welcome to bring their own chairs and blankets; no rentals are available at the venue.

The Amphitheater, located in Chesterfield's Central Park off Veterans Place Drive, features 304 fixed seats plus terraced and open lawn areas. It's accessible from Chesterfield Parkway West via Burkhardt Place or Lydia Hill Drive.

The Johnson show kicks off a busy summer season at the venue. A free Sounds of Summer concert series runs on select Saturdays from June 13 through August 22, with doors at 5:30 p.m. and music at 6:30 p.m. Other ticketed shows on the calendar include Yacht Rock Revue on September 24 and Thunderhead: The Rush Experience on October 2.
