Wildwood's free summer concert series has a new home this year. Music on Main moves to the Village Green, the 6-acre park that officially opened in the heart of Town Center on April 25.

The first show is May 15, when Griffin & the Gargoyles, a St. Louis cover band, takes the stage at 6:45 p.m. Three more concerts follow on the third Friday of each month through August.

Mayor Joe Garritano cut the ribbon on the Village Green last week. "The Village Green will now serve as the home for our Music on Main concert series, Celebrate Wildwood, and so many other events that bring our city to life," Garritano said at the opening.

The park sits at 16860 Main Street, just west of City Hall. Previously, the series was held at the intersection of Main Street and Taylor Road.

Here's the full 2026 lineup:

  • May 15 — Griffin & the Gargoyles
  • June 19 — Honky Tonk Heroes
  • July 17 — TBD (check cityofwildwood.com for updates)
  • Aug. 21 — Real Rock Revival (Back-to-School Bash, activities begin at 6 p.m.)

All shows run 6:45 to 9:15 p.m. except the August finale, which starts an hour early with family activities.

New this year: food trucks and local vendors will be on-site selling food and drinks. The City Tent will offer free water, and Blue Bell Ice Cream will hand out free samples while supplies last.

Accessible parking is available behind City Hall. Nearby streets will stay open during concerts. Bring lawn chairs and blankets. The Missouri Arts Council provided financial support for the May 15 show.
